Wow thanks to Mike for leading us around on that nice easy going and fun ride around Halkyn Mountain Shame the weather wasn't too good and the views weren't great but the ride made up for it.
Looking forward to the photos and videos of that mental downhill where Campbell lost his bike ;D Hope you're not feeling too sore tomorrow!

Just got up for work, can't bend my knee, nor straighten it, its just stuck somewhere in between! I've managed to pinpoint the paint to the area to the inside of my knee, rather than the knee cap, hopefully one of the resident knee docs on here will tell me i twisted it and all will be fine in a couple of days...

Cracking ride last night boys, really enjoyed that. Cheers to Mike for taking us, great stuff.
Campbell- hope the knee's OK, it would seem Moel y Crio is aptly named.

Is it just bruised and sore to move or is it physically jammed?

Sorry I didn't make it as planned but I had an emergency with one of the girls and spent the night at Alder Hey instead. She is stable now but we just have to wait and see how she recovers.
Anyway, I will keep my eyes open for any other rides you do and if I can make it I will.

Is it just bruised and sore to move or is it physically jammed? There's no visible bruising, but it hurts like fook. A bit of ibuprofen seems to have helped, i'll just stay off the bike for a couple of days and see how it goes. If its still bad by Monday I'll call the docs ;D

;D They seem to have a lot of steel ones on that site, I reckon if my walking days are over I should splash out on a carbon chariot I really enjoyed the ride though, up to about half a second before the 'incident' that is. I'm glad of the fact that no one was filming, Fitzie had filmed Tarby go first, then he followed me, so he was the first one to laugh, he actually tried to get me to lie there so he could photo me in situ, but I was worried that the bike had fooked off down the hill without me ;D ;D The best part tho is the fact that I cajoled everyone to do the hill, we should have gone for a pint, like pretty much everyone else wanted to do, but not me, no, I had a proper Dr Pepper moment, and the worst that could happen was me making a cnut of meself ;D

What's happened to the video of priceyla Still before the watershed? I'm still laughing now at that All I heard was "fook, fook, fook, fook, fook" And he didn't even fall off !!! And also Campbell looking for his bike, which had carried on thirty yards down the hill after he'd been shot by that sniper ;D
