How to post pictures « Thread Started on May 16, 2008, 9:21pm »
Everyone loves to see pics in a post weather they be of your ride, your bike, your broken body part or your missus so heres how to upload your pics to the forum.
1. Upload your pictures to an image hosting website. I find www.photobucket.com is one of the best, its quick easy and free.
2. Once you have uploaded your pics you will see a series of links under each one. All you need to do is to copy and paste the IMG code in to the part of your forum post that you want the pic to appear.
Its as simple as that, if anyone has any problems then feel free to PM me and ill do my best to help.

To post a picture into your profile as an avatar copy and paste the 'Direct link' code thats under your picture in your photobucket album into the avatar URL link box on your 'modify profile' page on the forum.
Again any problems give a member of staff a shout.

Once you have uploaded your piccies onto Photobucket they will sit in your default album. When you post your pics on the forum the link between Photobucket and the forum is for that of your main default album.
Once you have uploaded and pasted your picture link to the forum, don't decide to then move that picture to a separate newly created album in an attempt to clear up your account or the link to the forum will be lost.
If you want to keep your photobucket account tidy, create all your sub albums first and then upload your pictures into that particular album and then link it to the forum form there.
For example, some of the separate albums I have created are
1. Personal Rides 2. Forum rides 3. Accommodation and places to eat 4. Random.
So, make sure you upload the pictures to the right album to keep the link live to the forum, rather than link it, move it after and loose it.
I hope that makes sense, I was baffling myself there writing that
