Well done, mate! After that chance meeting on the trail, I really wished I'd not turned off at Tal y Fan especially after you doing the Carnedds too!

As always, great pics of a great route, wish you could have put your ride up earlier as I'd have joined you on it, but I'd already made plans.
Maybe next time.

Cheers for the comments guys But it was better than the pictures show When I post my rides up it has to be short notice due to my lad at home (see JustGiving link), but I'll try and give more notice if poss ;D If anyone is intrested its over 5000ft of climbing, so here's the map and details if you fancy it, but only attempt it on a perfect day and be prepared just in case You could also make it longer aswell. Maybe a camp out and link Cowlyd/Marin into it aswell ;D ;D One for the Summer..........................................................

Just out of interest, is the point where it hits 2500 feet the top of Drum, then the slight fall and rise to over 3000ft Foel Fras? What is the highest point Llewellyn?

Yep, Drum is at 2500ft then its a drop of 200ft over a peaty moor. Then the worst part of the ride hike, the 750ft push up the grassy bank to Foel Fras. And yes the highest point is CL at 3489ft
