What a scorcher of a ride, thank god for the shade of the different woods we went through which gave some relief from the blazing sun. The ride was made up of plenty of cheeky paths which I often do locally at different times, but for this route I stitched as many together as best I could to put together what I think was a cracking route which included a bit of everything from flowing singletrack through woods and mountainsides to off piste, bridleways and great views all round. Thanks to the four lads who turned up (Fugazi, Chris, zen4 and his mate Matt) and made a great day out with plenty of banter, randy cockerels, angry turkeys and a chubby lady who decided to do a spot of sunbathing with her melons out!!! ... oh and her muscle bound fella who seemed to be starting to get annoyed by us hanging around while his bird had to put her bra back on. ;D We were all giggling like school boys! I will put my photos up later on and a rough map of the route, though don't ask for a gpx of it because because this route is too cheeky to spread around the .net.

I did think about getting it out (camera that is ;D ) but her fella seemed a touch angry at us being there (in a public place open to everyone ). The details of the ride are 23 miles and 4481 feet of elevation, though endomondo was on low power mode and seemed to get the miles slightly wrong!

Great photos, looked like a great day was had by all. Shame no one got a cheeky photo to match the cheeky ride!!!! How long did it take to do the ride in total?? Not sure if i'm fit enough to do such a long ride like this without spoilling it for everyone else. Managed to cycle up Graig Fawr yesterday in one go (the road under the bridge) but when i got to summit i was done in!!!! I keep putting it down to age as i used to race BMX (north west circuit) but it was 20 years ago!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like there's some good cheeky bits there. Can't tell if that's a load of nettles in the last photo, but if it was then that's going to smart a bit

Loads of techie bits were ridden, just the one bit wasn't were it goes into huge rock steps that are very steep, trust me, we didn't fancy taking a tumble and ending up cartwheeling down the mountain into Prestatyn! I didn't take many photos of the techie bits we rode as I had to lead the way and was having too much fun! PSJ - the ride took us just over 5 hours for the 23 miles, that was at a very relaxed pace dur to the heat.
