Walked round there a few years ago on an alleged bridleway; it had lots of stiles!!!!!!

You've missed out visiting the cafe at the bottom of Vyrnwy Would make a good start point or lunch stop on a big ride. I'd be up for a recce but it would have to be on a weekend.

Done most of that Llangynog loop 99% rideable there's is one section that is a bog all year round is a serious challenge to wade thru. Climb out of Llangynog will get your lungs working.
Oh and there is one mental downhill on it, make sure your brakes are in good order.
