Decided to join Sid on his adventure which was to take the train with bikes and camping gear from llandudno junction to Blaenau ffestiniog Then we rode to Criccieth for lunch then on to Aberdaron where we made camp for the night and then got leathered Next day we were on the road for 9am and made our way to Nefyn for breccy. Which followed a full on days riding back to Conwy. All in all 112miles, 1st day 47 with full on head winds, the 2nd day 65 with some f**k off climbs. As you can see Sid was dressed very STRANGELY i think he had a secret job interview, he was in spar in abersoch for a long time, from what i can gather he didn't get the job cause when asked if he could speak welsh he replied the only word he knew was cau dy geg

Fantastic !!! Another great write up by The Smithster accompanied by some fantastic pictures. We knew Gareth was keen to try the Brompton out, but I didn't realise he was going the whole hog and dressing for the occasion. Looks like you both had fun too, which is what it's all about at the end of the day. Gutted I couldn't have got the day off as it looks like lots of fun. I said to Sandi that Smithy must have a big set of gonads to spend the weekend alone with Gareth, but I didn't realise they were so big he needed to put protective padding on the cross bar Looks like the weather was kind too and true to form Smithy took advantage of the abundance of water to wash his hair in the eternal spring of youth, otherwise known as the sea. And here's one of the pictures Gareth took of Smithy showing him doing what he does best

Sounded like a mad idea when I first read it, but looks like you had a good laugh! Loving the jacket and tie Gareth, they definitely match the bike. Must've looked like the odd couple to anyone who saw you! Nice pictures as well Smithy. What's your next adventure?

Brilliant, well done. Thought it was an AC/DC reunion at first glance with Gareth in his school uniform :-)
