For a normal ride its just a couple rounds of toast with scrammbled eggs. If its an epic then some pasta with chicken and pesto ;D ;D I think if I had a fry up then it would certainly be coming back up

Why does nobody eat Weetabix? 5 weetabix before going riding is the way forward. Or if i don't have time for weetabix then a slice of bread suffices.

Bowl of Jordons country crisp (oat based ceral, very posh I know ;D) Protein shake Cup of green tea Banana in the car on the way to the ride, sumtimes with a bottle of Lucozaide Or if riding in Scotland its square sauasage sandwichs ;D On the subject of breakfast ive developed really bad sugar cravings in the mornings, i have my breakfast before i leave for work which usually consists of a bowl of country crisp ot beans on toast along with a protein shake and a cup of green tea. For some reason on the way to my first job i carnt help stopping and getting a bottle of Lucozaide original and choclate bar. This carnt be healthy doing this most mornings but for some reason i crave this morning sugar hit. Any ideas as i really want to stop it? Just think of injecting yourself in the belly with insulin, that should do the trick !

Bowl of ReadyBrek with a spoonful of Romanian honey, or a bowl of Fruit& Fibre, then 20 min before a ride 200ml of ProMax protein shake.

Followed by a hacking cough, singing 'Delilah' very loudly and out of tune, eating a kebab, getting into a fight with a roadie and being sick in the back of your van Add waking up with a bird that big that you had to vasaline her up to get her in the door and you've got all the ingredients to a good night out in Caernarfon

bowl cornflakes with milk + 2 fried eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sausage, black pud, beans, fried bread mushrooms, tomatoes and beans chips. 4 rounds white toast with butter and chocolate spread 2 kippers 3 cups coffee and 1 can red bull !!! ;D ;D ;D ;D Seriously though..........: Bowl organic porridge with half /half milk/water +2 tablespoons honey over blueberries or rasberries and prunes followed by large strong black coffee. Numerous vits and mineral tabs every morning anyway !
