I actually spat my beer out when i saw that helmazing creation!! 3 peaks, 2 partings and a mohican like a Centurion's helmet. Textbook. Thats a genuine 'helm' alright Oggy, and Al has the expression of a man who's been caught red-handed with a shocking hair-travesty to prove it. Looks like the competition's hotting up, there are some cracking entries on this thread. There are 2 things we can learn here: You should always take a camera whilst out riding. And a beanie

There's no female entries yet. Are they better at high speed turbulent hair management?

There's no female entries yet. Are they better at high speed turbulent hair management? C'mon Thistle, you're an intelligent lad so think about it. A good helm requires three things- 1- Suitable helmet architecture. 2- A good breeze blowing through aforementioned lid. 3- Sweat! Thus making the female helm impossible, we all know that women don't sweat after all! ;D

There's no female entries yet. Are they better at high speed turbulent hair management? I got slight helmet hair last night after doing the marin, the soozmeister can vouch for this, but unfortunately neither of us had a camera And you're right Dan women don't sweat, we perspire ;D ;D

We encourage and embrace the helm in all its forms Talking of which, do we have any ladies either glowing, perspiring, sweating or 'Impulsed' who are brave and/or shameless enough to submit the first female helmet head pic on here? My guess is 'No' cos you're all too busy brushing your lovely hair and being radiant etc. Show us men how to do it properly, you usually do when it comes to everything else

Still a disappointing response for female follicle flamboyance, but in the meantime here's the cream of the helmet crop from yesterday's forum ride... Kincraig: Should he be crowned King helmet? Dan: Looking delighted, and quite rightly so, with this slick and aerodynamic roadie inspired creation Oggy: Oi tw*t, are you looking at my helmet head?!! Davydonn: Surely Dave deserves a prize for being the happiest looking helmet head on here. Top helm too mate, the 'sinewave' is a classic

Ok, so it's not a helmet head but I think Gar deserves a mention in the 'special' category for mistaking the interchangeable heads on his shaver and coming up with this ;D ;D ;D
