I have just nearly wet myself laughing. Sorry if that was a bit too much info and sorry Andy but that is the funniest thing I seen in a while. You look gorgeous Andy, at least you know what you'll look like when you're 80 ;D Looks like a crackin' route Gus put together, hopefully be able to make the next one

Andy, absolutely love this photo, what a great shot. That's a fantastic picture! I like the misty ones near the beginning too - very atmospheric.

I was disappointed I couldn't make it along to this ride and am even more so looking at all the photos . As per Andy's request if anyone has the route mapped out, I'd be grateful if they would share it, particularly the stuff to the north of Afon Wen. I've wanted to do some of those areas but just hadn't found the right paces to ride. Cracking photos everyone!

Meirion, you got most of the route right, just a small section was out. I'm usually very reluctant to post gpx files of my routes because a lot of the time they include large amounts of very cheeky and unknown trails that I've put vast amounts of time and effort into finding and making into a rideable route, add to this that once on the .net they can get ripped off and passed off as other peoples work. This route however is largely on country lanes, bridleways, open access land and permissive paths so there's no real danger of upsetting anyone ( well... maybe Penycloddiau fort will) and apart from Andy and Dave who have asked here I have also had a few requests to post it up on my website. You can find the gpx file on the Ride report page of mtbgus. Edit: The gpx file has now been taken off my site.
