looks a good event, will hopefully have a bash at this and its actually not too long to wait or prepare ;D Sad i know but ive had the turbo trainer out for the last few weeks, its the only way i can do the miles with work and children I do a lot of running but i think the turbo has made a big difference.

I did the shorter version a couple of yrs ago. It was a great day may consider it again next yr. Does this mean I have to be a girl for a day

Pity that it clashes with Whinnlater Anyway I've entered the 100 miles under www.MBNW , which should give me some winter time incentive to get miles in. Young Men's Team Rallybiker (100 ML) Pete (100 ML.) Freakychirchill (100ML.) Dan B (100 ML Girls Team Oldbird (100ML.) Nicky (100ML.) Tortoise (62 Ml.) Bird (100 ML.) Sally?

Count me as long as I can find a lift there if there are any offers I would be more then happy to pay for fuel and even a pint if I am still able to move by the end...would cycle there but I guess I am just lazy
