Discovered Glucosomine gel that you just apply to the skin- cheap as chips and the best thing I've ever used- stopped the pain and the horrible clicking almost immediatly

Funny enough I started getting a bit of knee pain in my left knee whilst running a couple of weeks ago It seemed to come after a distance of 4 miles and was like a sharp stabbing pain to the outside of my knee just below the knee cap. Bugger me it hurt ! So I went to see the nurse in work who got in touch with the physio we have, and he identified it as Iliotibial band syndrome or the 'I T Band' as it's commonly known. It's also known as 'runner's knee' as it's very common amongst runners. One of the remedies is to roll your leg over a foam roller, which you can look up on you tube for how to do it. For more information, here's what Wikipedia has to say about it. There's also lots about it on the internet and on many running websites. Hope this helps
