spotted the footpath through Penmaenmawr quarry on google maps grid ref 708 755, looks like lots of steep switchbacks, has anyone ridden it / walked up it? is it rideable?

If it's a FOOTPATH you shouldn't be be on it riding and the quarry will be private property!

all the best trails are, dont fancy riding through a working quarry tho

I've been up that way or mostly at the top of the quarry. It is a working quarry so you won't be welcome up there And them quarry vehicles are pretty big so they wouldn't notice if they went over you!!! Not sure if they work Suunday's though..................but security do.

Is it the one that comes out at the back of the terrace houses on the quarry side of town.If you have talent then you will be fine.there is a deralict stone building to mark the top with and then drops down into fern.It is steep and tight and defo some small sections to catch you out.id suggest you walk it first as it was tough on my trail bike and found my dh bike to long to get sound the corners as its so tight.Go and cheak it out its well worth it.Let me know how you get on.
