Probably left it a bit late to try and get up to Bwlchau, where will you park on the road or Brenig.
Hope to see a photo feast tonight on here
If you look at the above timing on roads that you know it just shows how quick these pro's go

I've got to say that was such a buzz watching the Tour. Ended up riding from Betws to Pen y Pass with what seemed like every other cyclist!! Probably in the region of 300-400 up there. Atmosphere was good waiting in anticipation for the riders. When they came up the hill they were motoring!! Good ride back to Betws with the wind behind. Ended up waiting for 45minutes in the hotel car park where Team Sky, Movistar, Cannondale and Quickstep where staying so end up getting some good footage on the GoPro with a few stills. Pics to come once I've uploaded them. Buzzing

Met Zen4 at capel cerrig, rode 3/4 way up pen y pass and found a good spot to take some action shots. We were there 2hrs before so saw some folk off the forum riding up the pass,Big Tits was 1 of them .All in all a great experience.Although it was a bit like my performance in the bedroom,2hr build up and over in minutes

Hey Smithy. We drove up through Pen y Pass and Ann said she saw you there. We did it in style! First we went to Caffi Siabod and got two hot paninis to go, then got over the Pass and got a handy place right under the rock they use to practice rock climbing by the stone bridge bends. We got an excellent vantage point sorted sitting on top of that rock with a big umbrella as a wind break. Both pelatons through were amazingly quick down the pass! We tucked in behind the broom wagon, about 4 minutes after the pelaton went through and followed it in through the sprint area by the Vic,almost over the line in Llanberis. What an atmosphere, Llanberis was buzzing!
