Heading down there for a few days (staying near Neath) so going to try and make the most of what's available.
Looking for recommendations although I won't be doing Cwmcarn.
Be interested to hear about people's experiences.

In South Wales I've done Coed Trallwm; Cwm Rhaeadr; Afan Argoed; Glyncorrwg; Bike Park Wales and Brechfa.
I'd definitely recommend at Brechfa, in order of preference, Gorlech (red 19km) , Derwen (blue 4.7km) and finally Raven (black 18.5km).
At Afan/Glyncorrwg my favourite trail is Blue Scar (blue 7km) followed by Whites Level (red 17km).
After the above Bike Park Wales and Cwm Rhaeadr
