Hi all, I am new to this forum although did get up to Scotland recently with Tarbo et al and tried my best! I am currently very good at slow motion falls and knocking my shins on the bike frame/ rocks on the way down. Hopefully this will end soon as I gain fitness after a break from cycling.I would describe my level as intermediate/ don't have much clue about bike geometry & mechanics. Looking forward to a few group rides.

Oh I've stopped doing the daft falls now. Got myself a new full sus Norco and just need to attach my new pedals. Need to find a course on jumps and drops next, and going faster downhill! AM
