What is this Tray Ning you speak of?
You'll be fine and love the descents. If it all goes tits up I'll give you a load of moral support/abuse if I catch you up.

ummm 540 not sure why but hay might as well have a go now i need to start hitting the gym in the evenings Dyls any tips on making it less painful, full sus or hardtail etc One other thing as you have to collect your riders number on the saturday and the event is on sunday i dont fancy i dont fancy driving down to collect it and then driving home again on the same day so who will be camping there overnight

You can collect your number between 8 and 10 on Sunday morning. A hardtail will make the climbs easier but the descents scream out for a FS. I'm taking the Prophet with the coil shock on the rear as I aim to enjoy it rather than race round.

Camping would be better as I'd catch the train down on Saturday and spend the money saved on a brew or two but I havnt got a tent any more ;(. Looks like it will be the car down on Sunday morning tho'.
