Last nite i made a last minute decision to get out on the bike. It was the first time on the bike after breaking my hand six weeks ago so decieded to have a ride to see how it would hold up. So hardcore and Linkinpark went on the ipod and off i went Hand held up fine and the plan to take it easy on the downhill was scrapped when the adreniline start to kick in and I went down the mountain like a mountain biker that hadnt had his buzz for 6 weeks Took a couple of pics on the phone and here they are

I'm a sucker for nice views, that ride looks awesome. Nice weather as well. All i've got to look at is the back end of Chester railway station out of the office window . Nice to hear your hand is sorted .

Caught some good views in those pics. Conwy mountain has some good trails up there, it can get a little technical and test you in places, and with views like that on a good day its well worth popping up for a play.
You could even park the car at the top of Sychnant pass and take a ride up on the bike and explore.

I tend to ride Marin or Penmachno or Llandegla also I like to go to CYB usually on my tod as can never seem to tie it in with usually riding buddie. Only discovered the drum ride the other day so always looking for other rides other than purpose built stuff. I work for myself so can take sneaky days out during the week to if given a few days notice. look forward to hearing from you (Oggy) & any one else for a ride.

I take it its a hellish climb to the top, im not one for hills Yeh it is a bit of a climb and not one to do after finishing off the night before's curry before the ride either. good fast descent either on bridal path or for a slower steeper way down along the fence as mentioned. a bit doddgy with SPD's.
