There are plenty of posts on here about the mast route which will give you some directions. You could also take a look at this to give you an idea

Girls,
Go up the first big climb Turn left at second cross roads Turn Right at fence Follow fire track to the style Over style and up to the masts Go left around the back of the last mast Follow all the way down until you come to tarmac and turn left Turn Left onto Offa's dyke Follow board walks back to the trail
Job done ;D

Pretty much how Rob explained it really. The path to the left at the second crossroads is made of loose rocks, just so you know its the right way. Ignore the style right in front of you - this is the way you'll come back. Turn right - this is a straight fire road up to the other style. then you basically want to cross the style and continue up towards the mast. Watch out for the deep mud!
Once you reach the second mast, the turning to the left is directly after it following the fence. then you simply follow the track to the bottom. You'll cross 2 streams in total, then start a short steep climb/push to the road, follow this to the left. Follow for a short while. You'll come across a small slate milestone on the left with Offas Dyke written on it. Follow this over the boards back to the first style you saw at the start.
For anyone still unsure, a few of us may be doing this next sunday morning if you want to join us.

Its a great ride and it would be so nice to meet you all!! Also depends on how much of a Slave driver Sikora is on the Saturday and Sunday!! ;D ;D
