First time at Cwm last night with Laws. Drop into berm near the top. Straightened up too quickly, slid out and smacked my face and shoulder into a rock/root outcrop. Which was nice. Hooray for full facers and body armour. No pics sadly, but take my word for it, it stung.

How do you get to it, wouldnt mind a ride of it myself Cwm woods is up by the Smithy Arms in Rhuallt...we normally go for a spin along all the tracks in there. Have noticed all the DH stuff though. Don't really think you're allowed in there though. Had to get a pass off Lord Langford to ride our horses in there, and the Gamekeepers not too happy with y goin in there cos they do shoots I won't tell anyone

Seeing as we're not supposed to ride in there I won't name any names but I seen some of the guys from one of the better bike shops (something to do with nuclear fission) heading back out from there a couple of weeks ago. Said they had a great time and found some good riding.
There's definitely some good XC stuff to do and head along Offa's Dyke Path down into Rhuallt
