Introduction

Having been out with the "crew" on Sunday - legs and sunburnt arms still suffering - thought I would join up.

I was the "old fat bloke" on the Marin East Peak that could be found at the back of the pack - not able to speak!!

Have to say the pace was quicker than I am used to.

My first ride was a fully rigid Kona Lavadome where I have progressed through a Giant NRS and now own the East Peak.

Live down in Telford and keen to get out more. Looking to convince the family that I can go out on the Penmachno trail ride currently being planned.

Welcome to the forum John, dont be put off by the pace of sundays ride m8, i think it was probably the fastest paced one to date and the heat didnt help things at all. Any probs with the forum just shout, hope you enjoy. Hopefully See you at Penmcahno at the end of the months

my first ride was a Kona lavadome as well with a gerflex stem fitted I was still using that up to 2 years ago what a bike.
