Have you got your own board now for you knee? ;D At least the doctor's said you can ride again - that's got to be good hasn't it?
I know someone who might be looking for a gentle ride (Llandegla red was pushing it....). What's the Moel Arthur route you're looking at? Have you already been?

It'll be the first half on Col's Arther route, under the fort and then back. Its about 11 miles and only has one hardish climb, back up to the car park by the forest.
I'm planning on doing a ride on a cycle path on the road bike first, then I'll sort something for after if you fancy?

Campbell,
PM me if you want a local ride. I only live down the road along Coed Onn. Don't even need to go in the car as there's a few lanes and fields we could go through.
*Whispers* I also do a lot of road biking, so if that floats your boat..... just shout (But not too loud or we'll soon be banned ;D )
Chris
