When you compare with how it used to be then it is rough, but if you compare it to CyB and Marin it's not too bad really. The bit before so shore is probably in the worst condition (maybe the rollercoaster is a contender too), it's just eroded with all the traffic. There never used to be a step up onto that northshore. Just after so shore a section was paved with slabs of rock - I think that section is meant to be a bit rough If you go fast and keep your weight back you should fly over most of it. What size tyres are you using?

I think you're allowed to ride on the prom at Llandudno now, so as long as you don't mind pushing up the road over the Little Orme you could link it in with the prom at Colwyn Bay for a longer ride

£4.50 for the car park last night . . . . seems pretty steep It's not bad if you can keep yourself entertained for a whole day (Coed y Brenin is £4 a day). A bit expensive if you're only there a couple of hours but I think they had problems with people buying half day tickets and staying all day. Maybe they could do an evening ticket after 5pm?

well, as i have been working nearby the last few weeks, i have been going there for a quick spin after work, i notice that on a monday when the shop is shut it must be free, as the ticket machine directs you to the shop, and as thats shut theres not alot you can do!!?? on the other hand, i have a season ticket so doesn't effect me anyhow!

Theres always some one in the little shed taking your money on a Monday, even when the shop is closed,

Not the last 2 or 3 Monday's there hasn't, although last week I was the only person there as the weather was a bit grim, there is normally a guy there wondering around litter picking ect, maybe he collects the money and just recognised me/my van so didn't bother coming over

Not sure mate as ride up and don't use car park , but find a Friday night empty up there , way better than the weekend fair ground feel ;-)
