Just introducing myself

Been mountain biking for a few years now done all the main forrest tracks around North wales, Llandedgla, Marin, The Beast, also been on North face run in the lakes and Wolf Trax in Scotland at laggan.

Also done a number of other routes around lakes and of the Falttyres website. Good one was going to the top of Drum then down to Llanferffechin. Been meaning to join a group for a while as currently go out on my own.

Going on the Hayfield ride on the 16th August up over Jacobs ladder.

Can someone advise on process to join a ride, do you just turn up and also can anyone recommend a decent GPS?

Easy mate!

Have a look at either the 'Forum Rides' or 'Plan Your Rides & Invite Others' boards to see if you fancy any of the rides, take a note of the start time, location, etc, and then stick a quick post up along the lines of 'count me in' ;D.

If there's nothing that interests you and you want to do a particular ride then start a new thread on the 'Plan Your Rides & Invite Others', it will almost certainly generate some interest and you won't end up riding alone.

We're a friendly bunch so if you have any more questions then just ask

welcome to the forum mate. we are all friendly you are more than welcome on any of the rides posted up im noramly out on the weekends so drop me a pm if your stuck for someone theres always someone riding somewhere!
