just found your website and i must say its very good indeed.
good info on the rides.
i would likle to join the Pheasant Ruin one i think in october but need to get a little fitter in the in between time.
what cost to attend the rides

Welcome to the forum bigdad. Everything here is free, its just about meeting other rider and having a laugh. All you need for the rides is a bike, a helmet and a sense of humour  Also feel free to join any of the weekely rides that get posted up in the 'plan your rides section' dont worry about fitness that comes with time and the rides are always done at the slowest man's speed with plenty of stops, they are more about having a bit of banter and an enjoyable ride than raceing round like wippets |

will keep my eyes open for rides near to Shrewsbury and Welsh Border.
The Glyn Ceiriog one looks good. Been on and downloaded route and been on memory map and had a good look.
did the llandegla about 4-5 weeks and managed all the routes apart from the family one and only thought about the need for an ambulance once towards the end

Welcome bigdad. They are a great bunch on here with all different abilities and styles in riding so you would feel left out. Have you do much riding yourself apart from Llandegla?
What ride do you have.
