Sounds good m8, gona have to give this a go. Ive been doing a lot of night riding mainly on the mtb on the road, managed to rack up about 160km which was a mix of road and offroad last week and 90km so far this week. Ive been finding that really going for it on the road in the week has massive benifits for my weekend mtb ride. So road riding may not be everyones cup of tea but im starting to see it as essential in improveing mtb fitness Off to the gym to flex the pecks with the body kingcraig tonight ;D

That'll do wonders for your leg strength ;D (maybe not your wallet though) This week I have managed 55 miles far cry from the regular 120/week (190 once) I was doing last summer

Just got back from first gym sesh im a while, going to feel it tommorow, the gym i go to offer vitual spin classes which you can do when ever you want, going to give it a bash

The annual TfL workplace cycle challenge is like that - runs for the whole of June so no good for winter training! I think I climbed a place in work's league table this year ;D

Well, I've eventually prised the indoor trainer out of the shed and is now in the warm interior of the house. Alls I need to do is get into the boring mindset of getting on the damn thing
