After giving the turbo trainer some thought, and taking on board the advice given by forum members ;D, i've decided not to waste my money on that. So, the past few days i've been wondering what else there is for me to do at home whilst increasing my fitness .... and decided a Wii Fit could perhaps meet that challenge. Even today in the news, the NHS has given its backing to Wii Fit plus (the sequel)... so it must be good ;D But then I watch this and come to my senses again. I think its gonna be an exercise bike for me btw... sorry about the advertising, don't know how to get rid of that

I don't think I'll bother buying a new mtb - I'll just get a wii fit and stay home, looks far more fun!!!! lol ;D Great p$ss take btw
