ok well i want to start going to the gym again, i used to use abergele leisure center its ok there but it doesn't have a sauner or steam room or anything like that. and plus the gym isn't the best for weights. so can anyone recommended me a good gym fairly close to abergele  |

Gold membership means you can use the gym when ever you want for free, its a massive gym with really good equipment, squash courts, sauna. Come down with me for a try out if you want? |
