Are thay nitric oxside boosters which contain an amino acid called Arganine,it dilates the blood vessels which dilivers more blood and flushes out waste lactic,Bodybuilders take it to get more pump in the muscle,It is avadable in most health food stores or overpriced powder with gimmicky names like explode,Nos ect.

So far I've had really good sessions using it but only been talking it for a couple of weeks. The product info refers to what you were asking www.bodyshapersfitness.com/pre_workout/BSNnoexplode-bsn_no_xplode_820g.htm?browse=1

Better watch it with nitric oxide stuff containing L-arginine, it could give you a new meaning of hardtail, if you get my drift . Its used in some pills to treat erectile dysfunction, but it has been known to bring on cold sores as well, not really suitable for people with low blood pressure.

Forgot to add, taking Lysine is supposed to stop the cold sore problem.

Lactate is produced when the body is exercising anerodically, for endurance events you need to exercise aerobically, therefore you need to increase your bodies lactate threshold This is the bodies ability to wash lactate from your muscles, The only way to do this is by increasing excerise to just below your L T , As you get fitter your L T will increase Heart rate helps but Respiratory rate is a better indicator of acidosis
