Most we have done is 60 miles - but that had alot more climbing, I'm hoping that once over mineria mountain it should be reasonably flat(ish).
The Lad should be in his Rhyl kit, I have no idea who most of the other on here are.

Ouch!!!! That hurt - nice to meet you guys!! Going for a nice soak in the bath - the lad dropped me after Fardon, I was hanging onto his wheel from Beeston on-wards and kept having to tell him to slow down . Trouble was he knew he way from Farndon so he was off!! Those last 5 miles were a killer!!

Trouble was he knew he way from Farndon so he was off!! Those last 5 miles were a killer!! It was demoralising toi get to the top of the hill near Gresford only to go all the way back down. Fair play to him, 100 miles at his age is excellent, come to think of it 100 miles at my age is too. Well organised day and the weather gods were on our side. Welcome to the 100 club!

Well done to all that took part today, A real nice route wih plenty of roadies out with us from another organised ride from the stafford area. The 1st guy back of the 100 milers was in at around 2pm then we (Davewxm, Gareth & myself) got back around 3-45pm but were still only the 3rd-5th ones back home safely. Well organised ride with plenty of arrows & enthusiastic marshalls at the much needed food stops. I personally managed to raise £410 for clatterbridge cancer reesarch which is brilliant ;D ;D ;D Cant wait to get back on the mountain bike now after a few days recovery. See you all soon
