Going around Llandegla tonight with a rucksack full of crap I forgot to leave at work my lower back was feeling so tired I was having trouble cornering (more than usual).
Is that a core strength issue?

Is that a core strength issue? No, thats a Rucksack full of crap issue ;D Weight training. Building up to carrying a few bricks around with me I don't know if it was the rucksack - normally that makes my back hurt but it was feeling tired this time and not hurting

My kettle bell arrived yeasterday, so as I had a day off, I went to DW to give it a go. My calves, quads and hams were literally shaking like jelly after 3 sets of 20, as it seems just an explosive jerk action is required to launch the bell! Killer workout! TinyTim where are you?? www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0jalJ-3e7U
