Hi Everyone, Entries close in 1 Week There is just one week for entries to the Welsh Champs at Llangollen. We’ll be racing the brand new track which is looking absolutely amazing! Entries will be available on the day if there is space. Marshalls Needed for Welsh Champs We are in need of Marshalls for the weekend – you will get paid or given a free entry. Pay is £30 per day and you will be fed and watered and paid on the Sunday afternoon in cash. Please email me asap as we are currently in need of quite a few more Marshalls. Shame its not on the super steep track really, have you ridden the other track gaz? Whats it like? Me and Chris were toying with the idea of entering, but its the same time as the Dyfi so theres my excuse to avoid looking like a nob

I think practise starts on Saturday at 9am then qualifying about 12 finishing at 5pm. Sunday will be the same almost but no qualifying just straight into race. Enterance is free but all 120 places are taken in the comp, as for marshalls they have enough for Saturday but might need some on Sunday.

i went to have a look & the new track tonight looks awesome walked (crawled) all the way to top very very steep & slippery there is a 6 foot jump @ the bottom and another may bey 9/10 foot 1 as well landing on a decline was couple of lads getting some practice in will be very interesting day

Nah..It will be uplift all day saturday and sunday untill 10.30 ish and then two race runs in the afternoon. On the 10 footer how much of a flat was there before the down slope?

saw a few stacks, a rider ( female?) cut her face? was a bad crash, great track, not that i could ever ride it!

Tell me about it! First run i cleared the jumps fine, but the second run off the big stepdown..Bang..Crash..Wallop..Big gash in Knee...Black Eye..Bruised Arm...Etc..

I went past the start around lunchtime. Photo with the rough route below ;D Further on you could see the jumpy bits at the bottom of the course although not everyone was getting air on them!

well what a fantastic day that was really want 2 get into this kind of shi@t quaity day out even the mrs enjoyed it ;D ;D ;Dp.s was great 2 see rachel atherton spank most of the lads entered well in!!!
