well heres the summary of the trip 
Me Oggy and Tim spent the week staying with www.flowmtb.com which was amazing to be fair, the food was superb, the staff were ace and to be honest it worked out really cheap!
day one we got to morzine at about 6 unloaded all out stuff then hit the town for some food.
next day we moved to flowmtb and started building out bikes up, by mid day we were all ready to hit the trails. so we head over to chatel with some off piste ( we got lost) we managed to find the trails down to chatel after getting 2 cable cars. on the way down to chatel tim tried one of his clever over taking moves and managed to go into a drainage ditch and rip his mech off which ended up destroying his back wheel
so me and oggy let him go back on his own while we carried on sessioning chatel
well the next day is the passports du soleil, speedydaz and ag joined us for this one. its ok its more XC than anything which totally went against the grain when you are surrounded by lifts but we founds some good trails and some amazing scenery. tim managed to have yet another nasty off where he some how managed to go into a 6 foot deep hole, hitting his chest on the ground. he never stopped moaning about it for the rest of the trip
now the passportes was over we good go back to smashing the trails, me and oggy headed off to les gets and le plenney because tim was too nakerd to ride he stayed in and walked around a lake perving on the women. we get to les gets and get the lift to the top first run we took it easy, but after a couple of runs we were hitting everything, over taking the downhillers the works. then me and oggy find some awesome little runs off the main course which go into the woods, they were called 'big floppy donkey schlong', 'Forest Gimp','Clean Drop' and there was another name but i cant remember it now
but we got some more runs in then head back home via le plenney whcih we were warned by Phil ( someone from flowmtb) to stay away from it because its "really nasty". we did a couple of runs! Wow! what a train alot of brake bumbs but it was wickedly fast!
well the next day tim MTFU and came out with me and oggy, daz and ag did some XC stuff while we headed to Les gets. well i think we got one run of Les gets in then at the top of the lift we saw dougie and emmeline ragot who were staying with flowmtb. we had kept dougie up the night before talking about his little secret tips for MTB's
. back to the story..... dougie asked if we wanted to join him and emmeline for a couple of runs so me and oggy jump at the chance while time looks a bit scared he maned up and joined us. so emmeline leads the way and me and oggy are chasing like mad trying to keep up with the female world champion ! then we hear thunder so we decided to head to the other side because the lifts got shut 
so emmeline suggests we go to this nice black downhill course so me and oggy not ones to turn down a challenge accept. we head up the lift to the top of the hill, everyone staring at emmeline then looking at me oggy and tim thinking who are them hunks? so we get to the top of the lift emmeline points out this mental drop in that was part of one of the world cup courses, she was just trying to intimidated me and oggy but it didnt work, she led the way down the trail oggy hot on her heels with me closely behind oggy. remember we have never ridden this trail we were just hitting these massive doubles blind ( silly but cant get beaten by a girl). me and oggy are just holding on the whole way down, emmeline wasnt even trying, we were riding flat out and still couldnt keep up!!!! well we go to the bottom and i was shaking like a shitting dog! but what an experience!
the next day me tim oggy went out for a play in les gets i think? just trying out some trials here and there. think we headed to chatel bike park had a play there found some bits of north shore.
we saw dougie and emmeline at the top again they asked us if we wanted to join them again, but we decided not to because we were still shitting it from the day before! so we did a couple more runs of Les gets. half way down on the runs i snapped my chain so i headed off down to the town to roll back to morzine just as i was leaving the town i saw dougie and emmeline, so i was talking to them for a bit and because i had no chain i couldn't pedal, so emmeline said shed push me home! well its not every day the world champ pushes you along a main road home!
well that night i challenged Fionn and emmeline to a race :s me and my bike mouth, they said i could pick the course, so me thinking i was going fast on Les gets course said les gets. they both smiled at each other and said we're glad you said that because we were pinning it today! oops fee said to make it fair i could use bernad kerrs downhill bike!!!! so again not one to turn down a challenged MTFU! so we meet up in the morning they turned up in the full race kit! emmeline had her UCI World champs jersey on and Fee had her team norco on! so we got the bikes ready we all headed for Les gets. we get to the top and do a practice run of the course.Emmeline goes first follwed by fee. ok first corner i managed to sneak past Fee, then i am going full speed into a berm, just out of the berm on the right is a little short cut which would get me past em, but i was going well to fast sort of landed into it but its on a massive drop and very dusty so i couldnt hold it! it ended up with me getting whip lash and Fee thinking i was dead!! so the practice run didn't go to well so we decided to go back to the top and ride some of the trails like the canyon and big floppy donkey schlong, which was super cool riding with the guys was just crazy!! Oggy had a nasty off on the 'Big Floppy Donkey schlong' and his arm was pretty nasty looking thats what you get for trying to take the world champs lines! there was lots of offs but it was mega fun, we decided to call it a day because it was getting a bit mental! all in all best day of riding i have ever had!!
well the next day tims forks decided not to work, so Fee offers the norco to tim and he jumps at the opportunity emmeline had gone to france to race in the french champs ( which she won by 9 secs!!) fee joined us all and we just went out and headed over to chatel we were all battered and bruised from yesterday so we were all taking it easy. they were practicing for a slop style comp which was cool to watch! we did some runs of the north shore then headed back up the lifts then the thunder starts so we get to the top of the lifts got soaked and rolled back to morzine!
well today is our last day we were just guna pack the bikes up and chill. but Fee and dougie asked if we wanted to go to watch the chatel slope style comp our transfer was picking us up at 7 so we had enough time, so we said ok, speedydaz and ag couldnt come as they were leaving early. so me tim oggy fee and dougie went over to chatel fee drove her van to the next valley so we only needed to get one chair lift home. so we get to chatel, we had short and tees on was a really hot day, the comp was amazing to watch, met loads of the stars then all of a sudden the heavens open, i've never seen rain like it the thunder was so loud, fee's mate who rides for scott (Floriane pugin) said we could get some shelter in the pit area with her and all the other legends of MTB. after looking at all the stars IE, brook mcdonald, sam blinkisop, Emilie SIEGENTHALER , timo pritzel, cam mcaul and loads more. well it was 5 and there was no signs of the lifts opening it was looking like a 5 hour walk back or a 4 hour drive ( by road). which would mean we would miss our flights :/ so Fee talks to her mate ( the event organizer) and he gets a 4X4 to come pick us up!!! so 10 mins later this 4X4 comes and takes 5 of us (6 including the driver) over the top of a 2000m high mountain! very very very scary tim was like a girl the whole way round! we get to the top and see 2 people we know so one jumps on the back of the pick up and the other jumps in the van, so there is now 8 people on this truck! the susspension is bottoming out the whole way down pretty dam scary! so we get back to fees van tim and oggy jump in the other van thats there and i get in with fee. as we are going down the road there has been loads of landslides!!! was had to get over them in a massive van! but we got back to morzine with 1 hour to spare.
what a mad week totally out of this world, the best week i have ever had, great company had a laugh for the whole week, time even popped a rib he was laughing that much! made some really good new friends!
that was just a very brief write up there is so much i missed out on, we are already planning next year.

its a must do trip for any biker and any level is catered for even me!! other highlights include the beer mutzig at bar robinsons and a bar called le crepu, it was only entertaining because the bar man took a fancy to craigy boy and bought him a drink
