Onions and garlic increase brain activity, they belong to a family of plants that are nero stimulants, if you want lucid dreaming eat those, I knew someone who is into eatern hindu meditation and he avoided onions and garlic. I sometimes battle vampires with dream weaponry,not often,depends what mood im in at bedtime ;D Would Magic Mushrooms help, do you think?  |

I must cut down on those!! ;D, ive never tried srooms, its quite risky as mushrooms can look simular to each outher and the long term effects are unknown. After giving up alcahol and fags,dreams became alot more real and controlable.

You've been playing too much combat paintball ;D We did a late night laser quest event at uni. We turned up at 9 and they let us keep playing until past 11. It was like being in a 1970s Star Wars film when I went to sleep  |

You've been playing too much combat paintball ;D When I was at college, we had a lecture on drugs by the police drugs department as part of the course. He talked about the properties of class A ,B and C subtances,and how thay are consumed! this was 10 years ago and did not mention the helocenogenic types, I reaserched those in books and net. So that is how I know about them ;D |

We're Scrabble adicts and play every night listening to a wide range of music from rock to clasics. Never watch tele too boring. I often find that words and letters whirl round my head and sometimes if I need a pee I have to get certain letters before I can go. Haven't had an accident yet |

I often find that words and letters whirl round my head and sometimes if I need a pee I have to get certain letters before I can go. Haven't had an accident yet Doesn't the missus get fedup of you peeing in the wardrobe though! ;D |
