Well if the summer goes anything like today then we are going to one to remember. An absoulute quality days riding with Andy (Voodopiles). Big shame no one else could make it but theres always next time. We ended up summiting Drum, Foel Fras, Carnedd Uchaf, Foel Grach and Carnedd Llewellyn Then descended down to Cwm Eigiau. Then after heading to Coedty it was back to the car at the start of the Roman Road. 21 miles with 4400ft of climbing and alot of cursing, however there wasn't a wet foot in sight Pics will be up later

Cheers for that Jeff and as you said what a cracking day both weather wise and route taken. Only one injury for me to report and that was I caught my knuckle whilst grating a carrot to go in my ham, spinach, Spanish onion and red pepper pitta breads this morning before I set off but I'm sure I'll get over it. I'll probably sort my pics out tomorrow as I have a double date with some Indian bloke and a woman at the offy

Superb choice of route, I envy you, I ended up doing a nice walk but nothing comes close to a big mountain ride. What amazing weather it was yesterday, just the perfect day for that route..
It shocks me in a way that you don't get swarmed with people coming on your rides, only when they see the photos they relise what they've missed. I know for a fact I'd have been on it, if it wasn't for my ankle.
Superb photos and video really capture the "Middle of nowhere" feel of the ride and the sheer scale of those mountains.
I really can't wait to get out on the bike now.

Unbeatable views this weekend - looks like a tough route in that sun though.
