How to get there. Go into Tregarth then follow signs for Mynydd Llandygai. Head up hill past the school, then take the next right. This road becomes narrow but keep going. At the fork where the road meets the woods there is parking space. You should see a yellow and black forestry gate across the track on the left. Go through this, on your bike, and follow the track for some distance. Stay on this track until you see the dh course crossing it. On the left is a steep bank, to the right is a log with a berm a bit further down. You've made it. Hope you can see the map ok. The red line is the route up, the purple one is the dh.

Rode this today, it's in great nick considering the weather, pretty good, you'll need a reasonable grasp of riding wet roots and carrying speed to get the most. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be there again!! www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=691915211#/video/video.php?v=511231798113Vid of me on the "big jump" (there are bigger (rollable) steeps and jumps higher up....

Rode this today! A great track in good order but for Christ's sake don't go in the wet!!! In dry conditions this would be great-cant wait to get back there. Loads of drops and technical sections through tight lines-loved it!

Don't go in the wet? You mad?! I've only ever managed to ride there in the dry once or twice! That trail is rarely dry, though it's a pretty good all-weather track to be honest unless you hit the steep track at the top (and i don't mean the main track). That can get a little hairy... That said, when it does finally dry out, it gets silly fast!
