Ite guys
Had shoulder surgery yesterday to fix the joint back together, sew up the cartiledge etc.
Was wondering if anyone has had anything simliar done and any tips for recovering as quick as possible? I'm gonna start physio next week, but any tips from anyone for getting DH fit again would be much appreciated!
Cheers!

Wait until it feels "kinda" ok then go for it.

Do the physio, it will help even if it doesn't seem to be doing anything. When you can put a reasonable amount of weight on it you could always get a road bike

Fractured my left should in 3 places 18mths and agree with Thistle, do the physio and lots off it as often as you can. I also did swimming in the kids pool due to the warm temp, very gentle breast stroke to start but the rotation of the shoulder, the resistance and the warmth of the water really helped, but check with your physic first, don't take my word on it. I was a bit anal about doing my exercises but was back driving after 13 weeks which apparently after such a bad fracture in my gear changing arm was amazing. So I think it did work good luck!!
