Going to the passportes du soliel this year... But we are unsure on the rules on liquids these days!
Can we take things like bike lubes an oils, puncture repair kits etc? If so, in the hold or in hand luggage? And what about energy gels and nuun etc?

yes, we put our lubes in our bike bags and any gels etc in our luggage not hand luggage, we had no trouble with it.

All the above are fine. No limit on liquids in checked in baggage unless flammable. Usual 150ml limit on liquids in hand luggage
