My going to work bike needs the cassette replacing Trek 3700 Shimano MF-TZ31can you tell me which tool i need to remove it,there seem to be loads of different ones ?

I thought all Shimano types used the same removing tool, but I don't know what it's called. You'll also need a chain whip to stop the freewheel spinning as you try to unlock the cassette. If you try your local Aldi you might just be able to get one of their tool kits which has the cassette tool, bottom bracket remover, chain whip, chain tool and loads of other useful stuff. Failing that go online and ask the likes of wiggle which tool is needed for the cassette. Just be careful as it's one of those jobs where your knuckles can easily come into contact with the cassette  The other option is your local bike shop should be able to swap it over for you for little or no cost...

Lidl also had toolkits in recently. So worth trying them. Aldi in Colwyn bay still had lots of toolkits on Saturday.
