Up to 374 now! Only 508 did the first Nanlle climb in 2012, so it looks like this years will either be a bigger event, or there will be some disappointed people not getting entries!

Only 3 lonely forumites so far, entries up over 900 riders. It's going to be a popular event this year!

Happy Good effort Aled and well done...all those chicken breasts must be working. I couldn't get out of bed so got to registration at 9 am so only did the short route which after doing Marin and Elens revenge yesterday I was glad about. Not sure it was worth £40 though

Yes, very well organised again and the weather gods smiled on us. Managed to knock 20 minutes off last year's time, and it seemed overall easier than last year, so quite pleased with that.
I was sure I heard your voice just before I crossed the finish line Aled, but by the time I'd talked to Ben for a few minutes and walked round to where I thought you must have been, we couldn't find you. Maybe I'm hearing things?

Maybe I'm hearing things? Wasn't me as I was on my lonesome all day. The only place I was talking to myself was that god awful stretch of road from Pinnacle to Pen y Gwryd. It's always like riding hrough a wind tunnel!

Aberglaslyn MR were supporting the Event and were called out to 8 cycling accidents on the day, one was for a friend who had only done 6 miles, There were a lot of scary riders out,
