CRC have Deore's with shortish hoses at £15 front and £25 rear. (no disc or adapter but you don't need an adapter for a 160mm front.).

the bike has a large frame and I don't know if when you buy just the calipers and hoses if the existing levers will be compatible?

They come with levers etc but are Euro spec btw so would need the levers swapping over. Rear length could be an issue as I need to use a pretty direct routing to get a 1350mm hose onto large frames.

I've got some Rockshox Solo air for sale, for £75 Think they are 120mm travel, I've just let a load of air out and managed to compress them to 110 by hand, the chrome stantions measure 125mm. steerer is cut to 185mm Perfect working order, never been abused.
