I s'pose it had to happen sometime. I came off twice on the Llandegla red today. The second "desaddling" wasn't too bad, just a bruise but the first was a bit worse. I tried to avoid a puddle, went round the puddle then realised there was a ditch directly after it with a concrete paving stone to get across it. I tried to avoid the ditch and steered to the paving but for some reason came off spectacularly. This is what happened to my bottom half (plus a few bruises and minor cuts) ...and this is what happened to my top half (plus some bruises and minor cuts) Looks better cleaned up. Here it is with the dirt and everything

I was pretty lucky there Oggy, I only ended up with minor scratches to one of the bar grip ends and that was it...this time!!!

Im usually more botherd about the bike than myself ;D Me to, repairing a bike can be expensive but your body repairing itself is free ;D
