Had a slight mishap on the descent just after double steep climb Llandegla red, thankfully I landed on my face and nowhere important Have also done in the same shoulder that got wrenched in my car accident last weekend - I guess it's just not been my week!

Hope you're feeling a bit better now - I think TJ has forgiven you for making her tea arrive late. You missed a good rideout on Sunday morning (bit cold in the wind but otherwise perfect weather). Spent an age cleaning my bike afterwards. I wonder how long that'll last!! I'll have to get my elbow pictures put up on here!!
Catch up with you soon.

It was a superb off Hugzee. Straight over the handlebars onto your face and flipped right over...............I WAS worried at one point but I wish I had a helmet cam!
Sorry for laughing, but the camoflage helmet look afterwards with mud and forest was rather comical.....................You should have taken a photo of that!
Glad you're OK anyway mate
Have you sewn up your new shorts yet then??!!

You should get some protective gear - one of those Phantom of the Opera face masks should do the trick!!
