Darkside CIRCUIT OF ANGLESEY :5Hours 20 mins. I'm presently hurting all over, new time of 4 Hours 50 mins. Feeling very weary , but now off to the gym.

Hmm, me and a friend did approx 2:05 on the marin last novemberish.... I'm going to have to give it a real good push in the dry and see if i can get myself up in the top ten later this year I think!

Was'nt really on a wave pace as I was enjoying the views, plus Istopped about 10 times for a. glasses cleaning opererations b. peepee c. swap jackets and d. three stops for eats. But because I was cycling on my own I though I may as well post a time I can improve on. I reckon on wave pace, should get 20 min. off that. 2hrs 55min. Penmachno both loops 2.4.11
