I need to replace the pads on my roadie, they are Tektro brakes (after a horrible desent down Moel fammau with hardly any stopping power) - I think they take shimano pads, are the disco brakes ones any good ( i always get the mtb ones from them) I feel a bit confused about these road ones as i want to have the cartridge as well not just the pad, anyone have any recommendations?

I buy pads for my roadie from Disco Brakes, original pads might last a bit longer but the Disco Brakes prices are about half the price of the originals . :)Just make sure Sal that the cartridge is metal because some of them are plastic so you'll have flex
