Hello everyone,
I come from Spain and I am living in North Wales since a few months ago .
I have some questions because I am wondering if I bring my 29er btt from Spain to here or not.
I would like to know how the mountain biking sport is in North Wales, is it possible to do a full day riding without becoming wet due to the rain?
Summer is the only season to go riding?
Are there many routes to do? Most of these routes include road riding (near cars) or are they are through mountain paths?
How often do you go BTT riding?
Are there some btt routes near Holywell?
Thank you very much!

Hi mate, mountain biking is quite big in north wales, plenty of natural riding about. Also a good few trail center's . Llandegla will be the nearest to you, it's about 6 miles from wrexham. Or there is coed y brenin , and the Marin a bit further away . As for the rain, good luck with that one la

Definitely bring your bike over as North Wales is one of the best places in the world to ride year round if you don't mind a little water. The weather should also start picking up soon. Always pack a decent waterproof as even on the best of days the weather can change quickly. I know it's hard to get out when it's cold and wet but it's also really rewarding when you do as trails take on a completely different character when wet.
