Very sad. I spoke with Geoff via the power of the forum a few weeks ago, he was remarkably upbeat. The man lived a life and a half!

Sad news to hear that this cruel disease has taken another. I never met Geoff but I did enjoy reading his words and seeing his photo's on here. Thoughts go to his family and friends.

Very sorry to hear this sad news. I never met Geoff, but exchanged a few emails and enjoyed his posts on the forum about foreign adventures etc. Always seemed like he enjoyed life and riding to the full.

I met Geoff a bloody positive cheerful guy, I thought at the time I would be lucky to emulate him and be still mountain biking at his age, I'll miss his jokes too.

Really sad news to hear about Geoff's passing I'd met Geoff a few times and he was always great company with some great stories to tell. He also used to post some great write ups and pictures from his many cycling trips abroad. What sticks in my mind most is the day he invited a few of us to call at his house after riding around the Glyn Ceiriog Valley area. We were presented with numerous cups of tea and some of the nicest home made cake we'd tasted and enough to feed an army too. It was a tough decision to leave and make our way home I will also miss the words of encouragement from him during the Chirk Sprint Triathlon as the bike leg went through his village. My thought go out to Margaret and his family.

Really sorry to hear this. My last contract was on Facebook when he was enquiring about e-bikes. Although I hadn't ridden with him for years I still remember the good rides I had with him and Trev the brickie in the Sheepshitt days around Llangollen. A great bloke who will be missed by many.
