I'm heading to the Alps for a few days in early August and thought I'd better get some pads for knees and elbows. The problem is, there seems to be plenty of choice out there, but I haven't got a clue what's good or bad.... I want something that's not going to get too sweaty, but offers a reasonable amount of protection and not cost the earth (I know, I don't ask for much!). Any advice gratefully received. Thanks, Chris

From past experience its worth trying on a few different sets/makes as the sizing/fits vary dependant on your leg shape. I have had 661 and race face in the past and both do a great job.
