Clwyds Evening Ride - Thursday 10-9-2015

Thank you all for a great bike ride last night....I had a fab time!...despite some of the uphill struggles

Looking forward to next week....will bring dry clothes for the pub afterwards

Seven of us took advantage of the unusually warm weather for a 15 mile ride around The Clwyds.

Setting off in glorious sunshine, it wasn't long before we were admiring the glorious views on offer and the lovely sunset in front of us. However, it soon turned dark and our lights were out of the bags and on full beam by 8 o'clock.

We done our 'usual' route which kept everyone happy as all the climbs seemed that little bit more manageable, and there was significantly less moaning from the regulars

Great to have new people joining in on these rides, and good to see the Carl & Linda at the car park too. Hope your ride was as enjoyable as ours

Nice to meet Heather and good to see we haven't scared Louise off coming out too, however, I think it's the thought of the post ride beer that probably encourages her to turn up

Next week's ride will be a mix of the Red and Black routes at Llandegla, details of which will be posted up over the weekend. Be nice to see a few more faces out
