Thanks for posting up that ride Chris, most enjoyable. Hope I kept you entertained with my wobbly dribbles...6 months off the trails really does have a disastrous effect on MTB skills! The kit was so muddy , that once I got home I hosed down all the waterproofs with my bike on the drive! Really looking forward to the Inners trip now, just hope the weather is better!

As above for me. Thanks Chris. Weather forecast definitely misled us - who expected snow. Definitely the right decision to not go too far. But it was a good ride, and good reminder that there is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong gear.

Cheers to Andy & Aled for the company today. The route was adapted to the weather and as such only ended up at around 12 miles, but they were a tough 12 miles. Mud, rain and snow was the theme for the ride today. Oh, and cold hands and feet too.

Apart from that, it was a really enjoyable ride and has reinforced my affection with the mountain bike again. You never know, I may even start posting up more rides on a regular basis

Nice one fella's, it is certainly sweet up there whatever the weather! Good pics too.
And you're right about the wintry weather, I also had 4 seasons in 1 ride today (that means I had some sun )
