Good ride again fella's. It was nice to get out with John and Ormite again also first ride out with rsmarco Here's some pic's John Rsmarco Snowdon view (you'll just have to take my word for it) ;D Rattiya fettling The last photo before Rattiya's modelling career came to a premature end Feeling a bit brave Rattiya attempted the doubles at JJ's. Catching the second lip on the big double with his front wheel, he realised he may have needed more speed. We made a quick call to OPA who came and picked man and machine up and returned him to the trail cantre. Big thumbs up to OPA for their professional and speedy service Then it was off to casualty for a quick check up. You'll be glad to here I've spoken to Rattiya and there is no broken bones. I've warned him that now we know he's going to live he will be subjected to all sorts of p*ss taking ;D ;D I'm sorry I didn't have the heart to take any pictures, as the poor lad looked dazed enough without me asking him to pose for a photo shoot. I do want to see that chin on the "war wound" section though

Thanks guys. Back from hospital now, bit sore but nothing serious thankfully. A few cuts, bruises and a rather impressive swelling Main thing is the bike is ok ;D My cycle helmet is in 3 pieces though- guess that would have been my head if i hadn't been wearing it Thanks to OPA for the lift back to the car and being so cheerful about it and to mtbman for taking me to the Maelor, and all the doctors and nurses who rushed me through probably thinking I may have had a head injury. Thanks to them also for not laughing at me in my lycra ;D Ride was great up until then, sorry to the other chaps for the impromptu break! Still amazed by the speed of those young kids who kept overtaking rsmarco ;D
